The Board of Directors of the Dominica Agricultural Industrial and Development Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Marie-Therese Johnson as the new General Manager of the Bank effective June 1, 2019
As General Manager, Ms. Johnson shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and shall be entrusted with the day to day management, direction and control of the business of the Bank. She will also provide strategic advice to the Board of Directors to ensure the implementation of a strong risk, and compliance and governance framework while promoting the corporate image of the Bank among other functions.
Mr. Martin Charles, Chairman of the board of Directors says that "after an extensive search process, we are happy to have Ms. Johnson join the Bank. She brings over 32 years of Banking experience at all levels and across functions in Dominica including Retail Banking, Operations, Change Management and Corporate Banking to name a few. She will add a unique perspective to the organization, having worked first hand with the small, medium and large sized businesses on the island."
