Exciting Year for FDSL

Financial Data Systems Limited (FDSL) is a software company set up by five Development Banks in the OECS - including the AID Bank - to develop, maintain and market “DPAC”, a loans management software package, which provides users with a high level of customer service and support.

The AID Bank was voted to chair FDSL, when it met with other current shareholders - namely, St. Kitts Development Bank, Grenada Development Bank, Antigua Development Bank and Bank of St. Lucia, at FDSL’s Annual General Meeting in Jamaica recently.

“2016 is proving to be a very busy and exciting year for FDSL,” says FDSL Manager, Vernelle Elwin. “The company fully launched its newly redeveloped DPAC loans management software, which was tailored specifically for development finance institutions (DFIs).”

According to Ms. Elwin, the newly developed “DPAC” is now a fully integrated loans management software comprising of the following modules; customer visits management, customer management, loan application management, loan management, collections management, collateral management, reminders administration, letters management as well as a wide range of Accounting functions.” DPAC is currently used by the AID Bank and other financial institutions around Dominica, St. Lucia and Belize.

Plans to continuously upgrade the DPAC software are on-going as FDSL seeks to remain competitive and to keep abreast with the ever changing needs of development finance institutions. FDSL has been in operation since 1st July 1994.
